Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Passion for customer service and technology
Ability to adapt to changing technology and processes
Basic knowledge and understanding of Apple products, services, and operating systems (prior experience is not required)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
